Neil has 20 years of experience in corporate tax planning, compliance, audit mitigation and provision of international, federal, state income/franchise, sales/use, and property tax for mid-market to Fortune 500 companies. He has led and built multiple tax departments for multinational corporations driving operational efficiencies and enhancements, including expanding department focus to include transfer pricing and cash repatriation strategies. Through his career, up to and including Global V.P. Tax, Neil has been a business partner leading and collaborating on cross-functional global teams including Operations, Sales, Logistics, Customs, Legal, Finance, and IT to address company expansion, joint venture agreements, equity level of subsidiaries, planning metrics, organization structures, and intellectual property transfers.

She has served audit clients in various industries and stages, in addition to providing services for a successful SaaS IPO and secondary offering. Collette is also well-versed in tax preparation for all entity types of small businesses. She has a master’s degree in accountancy as well as a background in lending and sales.

Cole has experience from a short time in public accounting, but the majority of his learning thus far comes from his time at a medium sized media/e-commerce company which experienced a great deal of growth during his tenure. He was able to take ownership and/or have a hand in many aspects of the financial statements at that company and obtained a great deal of experience creating and implementing processes that would scale with growing companies. Cole has a real ‘can do’ attitude when faced with an issue and is excited about the opportunity to learn and grow professionally with each challenge the day brings. He received a double major in Finance and Accounting from Texas State University and is soon to be CPA certified.
