SuiteWorld17: An Interview with Eduphoria (Part I of II)

Face-to-Face with Our 9Gauge Client & Co-Presenter Before the Convention

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, April 24, 2017 – With the largest ERP convention upon us, we decided to sit down with Sarah Niederstadt, Eduphoria’s Business Office Manager, before she and Randy Russell, 9Gauge’s Systems Integration Managing Director, take the stage before thousands of SuiteWorld attendees. The pair are set to discuss Eduphoria’s success with a faster, smoother, custom NetSuite implementation through 9Gauge. We thought this would be a great opportunity to get to know Sarah, our well-respected client and co-presenter behind “Eduphoria’s Strive for Better Data: A NetSuite Success Story.”

9GAUGE: What is Eduphoria?

S. NIEDERSTADT: Eduphoria is a Texas-based cloud solutions provider for educators. It offers the essential tools districts need for assessment, curriculum, and professional growth. Our company’s platform facilitates continued learning, including logistics, evaluations, goal setting, and collaboration.

9G: What shifted Eduphoria to use NetSuite?

SN: We were growing and looking to upgrade our business system, which we were using QuickBooks Online. Our team was challenged with creating manual reports for management, which took extra time on the side. We were looking for a long-term solution that could solve this problem and scale alongside us.

9G: What was your experience with 9Gauge during the implementation?

SN: It was definitely a positive experience. We sat down with the 9Gauge team and discussed our challenges, the current systems we were on and which ones we were considering. They were able to quickly identify NetSuite as the best solution to meet our needs. The consultants implemented key accounting practices, automated processes for growth, and created custom reports for our business.

9G: What value has NetSuite made on Eduphoria?

SN: A great value! NetSuite has immensely improved our daily operations, our reporting capability, and our use of sales data. One example of the latter is its ability to automate real-time sales reports, so we know the status of our clients’ contracts and who needs to renew. This allows our leadership team to make more direct, data-driven decisions.

9G: What prompted you to want to present at SuiteWorld17?

SN: NetSuite actually reached out to us because our implementation went so smoothly. They are used to working with clients within a certain timeframe, but with the help of 9Gauge, we were able to meet kickoff much sooner.

9G: Who and what topic is Eduphoria discussing on stage?

SN: I will be presenting on stage at SuiteWorld17 with Randy Russell (9Gauge’s Systems Integration Practice Leader). We will discuss the impact of 9Gauge’s implementation support that helped accelerate our timeline for seamlessly launching NetSuite.

9G: What are you most excited about going into SuiteWorld17 this year?

SN: I am excited for it all. I am eager to see the full capability of NetSuite and learn about other features that can benefit Eduphoria. There are a number of sessions out there that I look forward to attend. Overall, I’m excited for it all this year.
