AUSTIN, Texas – Feb 1, 2021 – 9Gauge Partners LLC, a management advisory and consulting firm, announced that Nicole Georgen has been appointed Director of Business Development. She will lead sales efforts in the Central Texas market — areas which include Austin, Round Rock, and San Marcos.

Nicole has a strong business background which consist of more than 15 years of success in enterprise sales, human capital management, and business development. She has held significant roles at ADP Global Enterprise Solutions and Risk International.

9Gauge: What interested you about 9Gauge that made you want to join the company?

Nicole: 9Gauge has a tremendous reputation here in Austin for its culture, brand, and dedication to its clients/partners. I have known Jonathan Hines and worked with him as a partner during my tenure at ADP. I was always impressed with the expertise and commitment to their clients/partners. When Jonathan and I met in regard to joining the firm and the direction of 2021 in expanding partnerships, services and long-term strategy, it was an easy decision for me.  I am excited to be a part of 9Gauge, help grow their vision for the firm, and more importantly, work with great team members who are committed to the success of the firm and its clients.
